Manual therapy and medical training
We treat:
- back pain
- joint pain
- headaches
- foot problems
- sports injuries
- chronic soft tissue diseases
- posture defects
- psychosomatic symptoms (related to stress)
Medical training
It contains the following elements in the appropriate order:
– teaching correct propriceptioception and interoception
– building stabilization (with or without the use of equipment)
– strengthening stabilization in dynamics (i.e. effective stabilization of one part of the body in order to move the other in the appropriate range of motion)
– adding load in the already learned correct patterns above
– training power (speed under load)
In the final stage, all of the above elements are used on a daily basis already habitatively.
Facial massage
It is a new way of working on “releasing” fascia (connective tissue surrounding our body from the inside) by stimulating motor reactions of our body that are not subject to our will. It consists of global (or local) positioning of segments in a block (maximum integration of segments) until tissue oscillation (“pandiculation”) is achieved and then its relaxation.
Combination with other fascial techniques can result in:
– reduction of pain and faster tissue regeneration
– increase of blood flow through tissues
– normalization of muscle function in extension
– improves range of motion in joints (mobility)
– reduces the general effects of fatigue and stress in everyday life
Effect:
– reduces pain and accelerates tissue regeneration
– improves the range of motion in joints (mobility)
– reduces the general effects of fatigue and stress on a daily basis
There are currently many massage devices that help improve the flow of
Lymphatic fluid in the body. However, the touch of the hands and the awareness and sensitivity of the therapist actually significantly increase the response and effect of this treatment.
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage of the skin and subcutaneous tissues (including fascia), which helps to move excess accumulated fluid (lymph) caused by its stagnation in various parts of the body and causing them to swell. The drained fluid is moved with rhythmic movements to the lymph nodes, which function properly and filter it further into the body. As a result, the overall treatment reduces swelling and thus restores the mobility of individual body segments.
It is especially recommended after injuries / long-term immobilization, when fluids in the body cannot move properly. In “healthy” people, it improves elasticity and firms the body.
Effect :
– reduces swelling
– restores mobility of individual body segments
– improves elasticity and firms the body.
Belly massage
Therapy focused on prevention and general improvement of the functioning of the internal organs of the abdominal cavity using various, delicate techniques – pressure, rubbing, work on the fascia of the superficial abdominal muscles (including the diaphragm of the iliopsoas muscle lying the deepest).
– increased blood flow through tissues and organs
– normalization of muscle function in extension (restoring the correct relationship between the abdomen and back)
– relief and relaxation (to focus more on your own “inside”)
